Our Company: The vision and passion behind Leading For You was a result of The Global Leadership Summit 2016. I wanted to expand my leadership tree and offer my knowledge to add important value to anyone that was in need. This vision included my daughter and son and they are an integral part of Leading For You. I look forward to seeing the results of such an amazing blessing.
Me: Hello my name is Jesse Girdler. I was born and raised in Findlay, Ohio. I am a passionate leadership professional. I have spent over 16 years in various leadership roles. I have obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and and Associates Degree in Supervision. My mission is to help each of you nurture your God given leadership seed and have you a part of my amazing forest.
